The cleaning procedure

The best international technology is used to clean and sort the feathers and down. The procedure involves the following steps:

• The feathers are washed and rinsed in three separate cycles.

• To ensure hygienic standards, the feathers are then steam dried.

• The dry feathers and down are then blown into tall compartments, where a regulatory airflow sorts the heavier feathers from the weightless light downs.

Material used

The material we use to hold the down is 100 % imported cotton Cambric. It is tightly woven to prevent even the smallest feathers from escaping.
