We guarantee the quality of all our products and your total satisfaction with them. If you are not completely satisfied with one of our products within seven days of receiving it, simply return it to us in the box in which it came and we will gladly refund you your money in full or send you a replacement. 

We also guarantee that the down in our duvets, pillows and sleeping bags will keep you wonderfully warm and comfortable for at least 15 years if it is correctly taken care of (see our Care instructions for more information on how to care properly for your down duvet or pillow). Unfortunately, we are not there to verify that these instructions are followed, so cannot give any monetary guarantee with respect to this, although where the product is shown to be obviously faulty, we are prepared to exchange the product within 5 years of purchase.
